B:  What's the idea?

J:  I want to do a portrait of each of my kids. So I'd like them to be seen as a series. I am inspired by old portraits and want to add a bit of whimsy that captures each of their personalities.

B: How do you see Logan?

J:  When I see Logan - I see strength that comes from her stillness. She knows her God. She is compassionate, sensitive and very peaceful.  She is connected in to something bigger than herself through the way she experiences the reality around her.

B: What inspired you?

J: The verse, "It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he causes me to stand on the heights." Psalm 18: 32-33
